R. Talmadge Hammock
Tal Hammock grew up on Galveston Island and graduated from South Texas College of Law in 1995, and has since practiced in a variety of areas including business and personal injury litigation, family law, probate and estate planning. With a special knowledge in medical malpractice, Mr. Hammock has taught classes, as well as continuing legal education classes, on the subject.
A certified mediator, as well as an accomplished trial lawyer, Mr. Hammock is active in the Galveston County and Texas State Bar Associations, with a particular interest in helping young attorneys adjust to their new careers.

Kristin F. Munkittrick
Kristin F. Munkittrick was born in Chicago, Illinois. Her family moved around quite a bit, but finally settled down in the Mid-Cities area, near Dallas-Ft. Worth. Kristin earned a BA in Government and Sociology from the University of Texas at Austin, and a JD from South Texas College of Law. While in law school, she participated in the Student Bar Association Mentor program and worked in the school’s Civil Practice Clinics, with a focus on family law and guardianship.
